Position Name: Finance Committee Member

Description/Responsibilities:

The Finance Committee's purpose is as follows: to review the annual budget prepared by the NSA staff and make recommendations to the Board of Directors; to review Association investments and make recommendations in accordance with policies established by the Board of Directors; to monitor and approve monthly financial statements to ensure that a sound fiscal posture is maintained. The committee is composed of non-Board members and Board members.
