Position Name: Session Host Chair

Description/Responsibilities:

Session hosts are responsible for assisting their assigned concurrent presenter, managing the back of the room and announcing the name of the speaker and title of the session at the start of the program. The Session Host Chair is responsible for contacting volunteers, assigning them to the appropriate sessions, conducting Session Host training and overseeing the Session Host process on-site.
