The Business Coaching PEG was formed for NSA members who incorporate business coaching into their speaking practices. PEG members support one another in developing a deeper understanding of the coaching field (including skills that differentiate it from consulting and training) and help grow their coaching practices.

Consultants

For those NSA members who provide consulting services in addition to traditional speaking engagements, the Consultants PEG provides value through discussions of emerging tools, tips, and trends. We hope to enhance the general practice of consulting through these best practices exchanges and expert presentations.

Diversity

NSA offers the Diversity PEG as a gathering place for those speakers who are experts on the topic of diversity. While members of this PEG may speak, train, or consult on the topic, the PEG focuses specifically on new developments in the field.

Educators

The Educators PEG focuses not specifically on one topic but instead on one market: Education. Educators PEG members offer their services primarily to the Education market, and discussion at these PEG functions centers on current trends affecting that market as a whole. Members share what works and what doesn't.

Facilitators

Some of NSA's more experienced speakers also work as facilitators. These speakers/facilitators have shifted from pure information delivery to the development of participants' "buy-in" and application of tools, techniques, and approaches to meet specific work goals. If you are a group facilitator, this is your PEG.

Health and Wellness

The Health & Wellness PEG provides a forum where health and wellness experts and experts interested in the health and wellness community can expand their business influence. Welcoming experts in traditional and non-traditional approaches to health and wellness, this PEG enjoys lively discussion and debate.

Humor

Members of NSA's Humor PEG are known for having a good time while they learn. Through their professional development sessions, newsletters, and networking, this PEG helps its members develop both their humor skills and their funny business.

Motivational/Keynote

The Motivational/Keynote PEG provides a forum for speakers wishing to add more keynotes, partner with bureaus, and/or transition from conducting seminars to doing keynotes. One of NSA's largest PEGs, the group recognizes that many topics can be delivered in a Motivational/Keynote form and attracts speakers at all levels.

Sales Experts

If you teach others how to sell, consider joining forces with other like-minded sales pros in the Sales Experts PEG. Members of this PEG do more than just train - they consult, write, and speak - but it's always about selling. This PEG is topic-specific.

Seminar/Workshop Leaders

Many of NSA's most successful speakers don't just speak; they conduct workshops and seminars too. If you want to hear from those who have successfully integrated both captive and public seminars/workshops into their speaking businesses, this PEG is for you.

Story Tellers

The skills of the Master Story Teller are at play in all areas of the speaking profession.  This PEG focuses on the unique qualities of a professional speaker that often means the difference between an audience member listening and really hearing.

Writers/Publishers

If you are a writer who wants to improve your written materials - books, audio, e-zines and speech content, then you need to join the Writers and Publishers PEG. We provide experts in monthly teleseminars and e-zines. PEG members help one another save months of wasted effort and thousands of dollars by exposing publishing industry myths and sharing best practices.
